Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a exchange on only Abayas. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange process, you can contact us at info@manorlux.co. Also, the exchangeable item must be the same price of the pervious purchase item, and it might be varies depending on the site changeable price. Keep in mind that the return exchangeable item's shipment fee will be at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

At this time, we do not accommodate online refund of any purchase on this site. You can always contact us for any exchange request at info@manorlux.co.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchange or refund, like dirac sets that have been tailored and/or un-tailored as they are considered final sales. Additionally items such as accessories, jewelry and/or sale items cannot be returned.

Exchange 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive a store credit with the original purchased amount. Please remember it can take some time for your request to be processed in timely manner.
