Shipping Policy

MaNorlux currently offers shipping using United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS will take approximately 5-7 business days in the United States. If shipment is worldwide then it will take about 2 to 3 weeks. 

Please keep in mind, packages may take longer to arrive surrounding public holidays and/or around holiday seasons dependent upon the shipping companies and their delays.

Once your order is placed, please give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, our shipping team will create your shipping label and send your order out for shipment. As soon as your package has shipped, we will send the tracking information to the email you provide at checkout.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you place an order and realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address and/or telephone number, please contact us at info@manorlux.co as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping information.

If your package ships before we receive a change in address from you and changes are made after, kindly note there will be amendment charges for the changes. If package is shipped with incorrect details, in most cases the package will be returned to the carrier centre in that location. Please follow up with them directly using your tracking information. Kindly note, the package may be returned to our fulfilment centre if there has been multiple failed delivery attempts and no follow ups to collect your package, in this case we cannot offer any refunds and re-shipping will be an additional cost.

LOST ORDERS & ORDERS IN TRANSIT

If your order has shipped and not arrived in the expected time frame, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for COVID-19 related delays.

Please keep in mind that when the orders leave our fulfilment center, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility to deliver your package on time, so please be patient if something happens on their end. We will do the best we can to get everything solved and your products delivered!

MaNorlux is not responsible for, nor issue refunds or credits, for packages the carrier marks as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact carrier or login to view your status of your shipments (please follow steps listed in the email sent to you after your order has been shipped).

Some delays may also be due to customs office in your country. Please note, import taxes imposed by customs are out of our control and these fees are non-refundable if you refuse to accept your delivery.
